The Cheesecake Shop Berwick

Today I wanted to place an order for 7 cakes with the Berwick store because they stated on their web page that they deliver. Apparently, because the manager is oversees, they cannot deliver. So I rang the Dandenong store, and after the phone ringing through twice, the phone is finally answered. "Hello". ("No, this is the cheese shop Dandenong. No good afternoon. Just "hello".) so after my making enquiries as to who I was talking to, I asked if they deliver. "No". (Fair enough, they never advertised that they did). So then I asked if she knew who did? "No". That's it. Single word replies and no help what so ever. I certainly won't be purchasing from you in future, nor will I recommend anyone I know to buy from any of your stores. If this is the quality of your franchisees, I can only expect the quality of the cakes to be just as poor and low rate.

Really disappointed with new management of this store... every year we have nought a Fruit Flan from this store for a joint birthday. Every year it has been superb EXCEPT this year. It was a frozen flan with icicles still crunching when we cut it. Usually theres apricots and half strawberries.. this year it was 1strawberry thinly sliced and unpeeled kiwi fruit slices. The gelatin was thicker than the slices. The custard layer was frozen solid so could be removed in one whole circle. Normally the whole cake would fill the box but this one didn't even come up to the sides. I know now why it was a quick flash if a look when I bought it. I saw the strawberry slices and thought .. o.k. thats different.. then lid quickly closed and she charged $28 just as quickly. We will NEVER go back. After 10 very satisfied years 2017 is last sour note. Very much a disappointment. 1 star

Worst cake I've ever purchased from a Cheesecake Shop. I preordered a marble mudcake and a plaque with writing. On the day it was picked up, I was waiting over 10mins for them to get the cake out. I've never waited so long for a preordered cake to be brought out. The writing on the plaque looked terrible, I have no idea why they used two different font styles to write three words. I was in a hurry so I ignored the handwriting and took it with me. On the way to the event I looked at it more closely and realised the icing had huge bubbles in it, in one place the icing had bubbled so badly that it had cracked open. And the chocolate lattice around the cake looked loose and wonky. I paid $41.95 for this!! Thankfully the cake tasted fine, but since this was a full price preordered cake I felt hugely dissatisified with the presentation of the cake and long waiting time to pick up. I've never had this issue with any other cheesecake shop. At other cheesecake stores the preordered cakes are presented beautifully and it only takes a minute to pick it up. Will definitely not ever be going back to the Berwick store!!

I had my wedding cake made here and I would strongly recommend NOT doing the same I gave them a photo of what I wanted it looked nothing like it the cake was not set so the top tier slid off and worse of all there where ants in the box totally ruined my day and didn't have a cake for the day

Girlfriend ordered a tropical cheesecake for my birthday with a personal note on it for $45. When we opened the box there was a basic mistake on the note. Then when we cut into the cake we realised it wasn't even a cheesecake, it was a sponge cake. No one liked the taste of the sponge cake so we chucked out the slices that weren't eaten and took the cake back the next day for a refund. The store only offered half of what she paid. Not only did we not get the product we paid for but we also got the wrong personal note. Pathetic all round and not recommended, unless you don't like who you're buying the cake for..
