I recently bought a used car here from their excellent Sales Executive Peter Finnigan. The experience was great, and enjoyable. Peter spent a lot of time with me explaining the features & details of the vehicle prior to purchase that helped me understand everything about it before deciding on the purchase. On pickup Peter again spent a lot of time with me and my partner explaining everything about the car and its features. The service\experience here was 5 star.

Awful customer service who don't listen to feedback. The "mechanic" that performed the major service on my A4 must have been the first year apprentice, as 2 major oil leaks were not picked until I sent the car elsewhere for a RWC to sell. I tried to call in to provide feedback to the service manager but neither of the 2 were available to take (or return) my call. I wouldn't recommend them and I certainly won't be back. Poor service and horrendously overpriced.

I bought my golf r from this dealer, from my experience with purchasing cars from dealership I have never encountered such as a great service and assistance from the people from this dealership. especially a sales executive by the name of Peter Finnigan who is even still so helpful after the purchase of the vehicle, whatever promised is always met. Had minor issues as we all know once purchasing a used car we always have come across one anyway, other dealers I had faced wouldn't give a damn but Zagame is totally different level who cares about their customers and treat all with respect and providing results and solution. If you ever drop by looking for something please see Peter Finnigan who is a really great guy who will help you all the way with your enquiries and issues even after purchasing the car. @Peter Finnigan If you read this review all I wanted to say is THANK YOU for all the help MATE What a Great Guy! You're an asset mate surely will go back to you for another car one day.

It’s all smiles until they sell you the car. Afterwards they aren’t interested in helping with anything. My text message to the man who helped me purchase my “immaculate” conditioned car was ignored. Would not recommend anyone to use this business.

Two words you must not forget when buying a New Car! Charles Kerbage!!!’ He is the most genuine and honest person I’ve ever met in the industry. We are so happy with the car but the real happiness comes from the expert knowledge and understanding of our needs. He wasn’t pushy and was truly the most genuine person, he took an interest in us and looked after us the whole process. The whole team are terrific. Thanks Cam also for helping us in the process. Charles we are so grateful. Oh and that Audi we brought.... amazing!!!
