Dr Jenny completely missed the deterioration of my stepmother while seeing her EVERY day for antibiotic injections. She is now critically unwell. Wouldn't trust this place with my dog!!  Edit to respond to the below reply: My stepmother was never advised to have a Covid PCR test or to present to an emergency department. She was never admitted to Epworth so I'm unsure why you think you spoke to their admission team. I spoke to her a few hours after you'd seen her in person - when you'd given her TWO doses of IV antibiotics at the same time because you're "closed on Sunday" and "that's fine" which by the way is absolutely NOT the way antibiotics work and she was unable to complete a sentence without being out of breath. I asked my Dad to call an ambulance who transported her to the nearest emergency department on 90% oxygen, refusing to take her the hour drive to Epworth as her condition was so poor. I'd be happy for you to contact me directly if you'd like to discuss it further, but you completely overlooked and missed her deterioration and as a health care worker myself, I'm absolutely appalled.

Went there today at around 2:15pm wanted to get my Canadian vaccine certificates certified. The receptionist said that it would take a week and that she wanted print out of the vaccine certificates. I had all digital copies , just drive down the road and got it done, literally took 2 minutes to get them certified.

Saw Jenny and it was terrible. Trying to explain my hand condition which I suspect is eczema. She didn't even ask basic questions such as when did your condition occur nor what's your symptom with the redness on my hand. It felt like she just tried to rush me out of the door to get numbers up for the Medicare cut. Their clerk at reception called me twice before to make sure I am coming for my appointment just for such a rushed, unthoughtful, unprofessional trying to help me with my skin problem. Would not recommend and will never return.

Delightful experience having a tooth removed. I've got anxieties about dentists but the dentist was absolutely lovely. Everyone there was lovely. Do recommend.

Nice and friendly staff. My nurse was wondeful, i didn't even realise that she had given me my vaccination jab.. i couldn't feel a thing as she was so skilled. Very short waiting time aswell.

I've been coming to this clinic since it opened in 1988, and have recently started seeing Dr Aslam.  To say Dr Aslam literally saved my life is not an understatement.  A passing comment three weeks ago to him about a patch of dry skin I couldn't get rid of, turned into him insisting on doing a biopsy, that came back as stage 2 melanoma.  Very thorough and approachable Dr, amd I'm so glad he's now at my clinic.

Friendly and professional team Dr Russell is very knowledgeable he takes his time and asks all that is possible to find out the issues. Takes the time to explain things. Clean space with easy parking too.

During my experience with vaccines, Jenny Krygger is the best. She is awesome, loved the way she gave my pfizer vaccine. Thanks

Only have one doctor talking new patients and not available in til 20th of October. What's the point of having a clinic ?
