AVOID!!! I got quoted over the phone $200 to $250. After waiting a few hours for the driver to arrive. They driver then told me he could only give me $100. I was furious and called the company back and told them the driver offered $100 and they said don’t worry we will give you $200 etc etc, so then the rude and angry driver has come back and offered $200 and I took it! But a horrible service rude and unprofessional. AVIOD. AVOID. AVOID.

Having agreed with a price with the office at the time of booking, I had a rude shock when the tow truck driver he wont honor the price! I told him that wasn't the case as a price was agreed with the office. The driver was absolutely rude and his approach towards made me feel unsafe. I wouldn't recommend this company, as it lacks professionalism. There are many highly regarded car removal companies other this one.

Lady on the phone is extremely polite. I did not conclude my business with them, i had to cancel the car removal at 11th hour eventhough their tow truck was already on the way, because mechanic was charging me labor that would have went well over my budget, i had to leave the car to him. As i said i cancelled the towing at 11th hour and they were still very extremely polite and professional. Thumbs up! I will reckon them to everyone.

Hi Have Delt with Ali many times and it is a pleassure to deal with. Removed my car on time payed ood price and gave a useful advice as well. Did recommend him to my friend and dint have a problem at all.:)
