I won the auction for Kia Cerato 2005 on 26/04/2021, when i received the Zero-Balance Receipt after 2 days i called carways to go pick-up my car from there garage because the car is located at Mitchel Canberra. They told me that the car has been transported to Sydney so i was trying to know where my car was parked in Sydney and non of the Manheim team members was telling me anything, they put me on hold without replying to me. On 04/05/2021 Mark Scott called by saying that where sorry but the car has been sold to someone else and please send me your account details by email so i can send your money back. On the same date i send him an email providing my full name and bank details, but he didn't send anything. Since then i was trying to ring him but he's not answering my phone calls. I send him another email saying that i did not receive my money back, also he did not answer. I contacted alot of your staff and they're helpless. I've been working very hard to save those money and i want them back.

I got fooled by manheim melbourne i bought prime mover which was totally scam. We are not allowed to do inspection because of covid 19. I believed what they said in ad and i spoke with them many times and every time they said prime is good and drive able condition except flat tyre and fuel rail leaking which i was aware but when i transport that prime mover from manheim to brisbane and Scania quote me $53000 to fix that truck because gearbox was gone clutch is gone coolant mix with oil exhaust brake not working retarder needs to be replaced speedo not working rear timing oil leaking and many more. I tried to chase them but they not listen. Its a fraud but i am trying to fix truck now then once its done i will go through court with all invoices so then next time they never fraud with anyone else

DON'T EVER BUY A CAR FROM THIS SCAMMERS! This bunch of crooks selling lemons that other people cant sell in private sale, couse their car has iher big problems with engine or gear box or been in a huge accident and got repaired. I got fooled by this crooks, so here is a warning for you!

We had horrible experience. Found Anthony McGeehan very unprofessional,rude who gave us false hopes. He diminished  Manhiem reputation in our eyes.Manheim needs a good clean. Anthony would be the first one to start with. Either give him training or replace.would never ever go there again and definitely will not recommend anyone to use their service.

They just want money and not any thing else! I bought a car and they don't accept to check it before buying glass was broken
