Browsing through Car Sales, I came across a VW R32 Mk5 that caught my eye. A phone call or two later, I was inspecting the car and the test drive followed. A 12 month Integrity Warranty was included in the sale, peace of mind. No deal breaker issues, however I wanted a couple of things taken care of. A week or so later I picked up the car, took it home. Discovered a bit of over spray on the brake callipers( I had requested a tidy up of the wheels) A minor oversight by the painter. An email to NAC drew a speedy response, a date and time was organized, a courtesy car was provided, the callipers were painted to the colour of my choice. Problem free transaction and impressive after sales service. Absolutely no hesitation in recommending NAC. Big on value.
