We purchased a vehicle from Manheim. We had an unexpected problem and Aaron in their customer service department provided the most attentive and professional service in response to the problem. He resolved it quickly and we were extremely grateful. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Very shifty and very shady. I spoke to a staff member on the phone about a car, I expressed my concerns about the vehicle as I hadn't seen the car and the car for some magical reason the car did not have a condition report. The individual told me the car was in good condition and based on his word I accepted to pay the reserve price. Upon pick up I found multiple small accident damages on the vehicle. After making a complaint the staff quite literally told me "trot off to your mechanic", and they have no liability for claims made by their staff. And in essence it means nothing that I was lied to. Mind you this was not a salvage vehicle, this was a government vehicle auction.

These crooks don't even deserve one star. Have never experienced such poor customer service in my life. They are misleading and deceitful. Be careful, guys. Pack of idiots.

Really happy with my recent car purchase. When I decide to buy again it will the first place I'll look for another car.

Never go there, I bought a Holden rodeo last week, it was running well in auction line sounded very good engine, As I paid every thing started the car to go home, after 15 mint of driving on freeway the engine of made a lot of novices and car stopped. They had displayed signs in main entrance saying( if you don't like the car, we will return it.) Orang them they straight away refused, take it to mechanic and tow truck took it to mechanic. Mechanic says engine is gone it had no oil and it was already gone. Now it is gonna cost me 4000$ to repair the engine and transmition. Lesson for all of us.
