The WORST customer service. Ordered a part early in the morning when they first opened. Was told I'd see it about lunch time, didn't arrive until 4pm. They sent a part that was for a completely different car. They didn't apologise, or seem to care at all when I rang back, with the bloke on the phone telling me to 'listen.' Ironically if they had of been listening I wouldn't have received the wrong part in the first place. After all that he said he would send the correct part in the morning, only to call me back ten minutes later to inform me that they didn't have what I needed. So, I've had a car stuck on the hoist all day today, and now some of tomorrow and more importantly the customer is without their car. Use someone else who will actually care about having your business, these guys definitely don't give a damn.

Need parts for your car they have everything for all late model cars-vans and 4wds and wont be beaten on price Great service and good blokes to deal with.
