Not happy with their service at all. I spent freaking 2 and half grand on the new wheels but i didn’t expect them to damage my wheels by putting them on. They need to man up and open their mistakes people work hard for their money which we pay them and end of the day you never heard from them. Also there is no such thing as visual inspection in that shop. I do not recommend anyone to go to ozzy tires Laverton. Thanks

If you're looking for a set of new rims and tyres I can't recommend these guys enough, Jeff and his team are super friendly, always willing to help and put up with my 100 newbie questions..  Great business, great team, and great product..

Do yourself a favour and stay away from these guys, they sold me tyres of “monsta”, it’s the worst tyre  in the world, you can’t get any low quality even if you look for it. The side wall cracked open after 2 months, it’s not fixable and when I asked them they said it should be fine, just to let you all know that I have gladiator and I didn’t even go for off road drive coz I am scared that these tyres are not safe. I have spent $2500 for only 4 tyres now coz I had to get another one as one of them didn’t even lasted 6months. This is ridiculous man. I complained and they said they can’t do much, well all good  no stress, you lost a customer and more of my Jeep friends who wanted to put tyres , I will make sure people I know in my Jeep circle don’t go for monsta for sure.

Ozzy tyres Laverton is the best store with best customer service eva. Had my 20" alloy rims with new tyres installed from them. Transaction of getting the job done was easy as n their staff members helped me to decide the size n design with their expertise .  Both Darren & Rob have a lot of knowledge about rims/tyres and both of them are very professional and are not pushy sellers plus no appointment required had the job done same day. Huge variety of all sort of alloy rims n tyres. AFFORDABLE DESCENT PRICE NO RIP OFF N also received bonus gift. After my experience here, I can see why this place gets good reviews! Geoff’s customer service is excellent - he’s friendly, informative, professional and clearly knows his stuff. There’s a good selection of wheels to choose from and the showroom just looks amazing too. I would highly recommend paying a visit here and speaking with Geoff if you’re looking at getting work done to your wheels, he definitely listens to/cares about your enquiries and gives good advice. I’m super excited, I have a strong vibe that the guys will look after my car and do a great job.

Through covid, lockdown, shipping delays, the guys at Ozzy tyres Laverton organised rims, replacement rims when the first set wouldn't fit, and tires to suit in about 2 weeks start to finish. Quick work, communication was good, and the results speak for themselves. Good job guys, will be back!

Highly recommend  service, friendly staff, excellent products. Geoff’s customer service is excellent - he’s friendly, informative, professional and  knows his stuff.
