Bought a Ford Everest and when I encountered an issue that needed repair, they were able to assist with covering the cost under the 3-month statutory warranty without hassle. Great people to deal with, Dario and Krystian.
I enquired about a car online and while I got a call back straight away, the person on the phone then told me that they had two people coming in before I could despite this being Christmas weekend and I asked for a test drive for the 28th on the 22nd and that it would be gone before that. I told him that I couldn’t come in any earlier as I had work everyday, and hung up. I felt that he was either trying to pressure me to come in earlier from his tone or just being rude. I have ended up going for the exact same car from another dealer so think about that next time, people don’t like a**holes.

Lots of cars to choose from low kilometers friendly staff, only four stars because I haven't found my car yet
Decided to take a punt by purchasing a car during lockdown, as our family was growing. Spent fair bit of searching for cars through CarSales and came across a stock at Just Honk, where I got connected to Krystian. From the initial FaceTime walk through of the car to the delivery, process was very seamless, car is in excellent condition, good quality and everything has been very transparent, brining the entire experience to such a convenient and effortless one. Very disappointed with the service. Very friendly at the time of selling but after sale they don’t even listen u. You have to ring them again n again. Offered me a registration for six months but provided for three only. I highly recommend the customers if they offer you any discounts get that in written. Otherwise you will get nothing.
