Poor Customer Service and Poor Buying Experience. Spend $220,000 on a brand new Range Rover Sport. It arrived with marked paint and needed the front bonnet, bar, drivers door all re-painted. They did take care of this but I have never experienced that before on any other new BMW, Mercedes, Porsche or even a Hyundai. Next is the service team - Keeping door locked at 7.15am when you have 5 customers standing outside in the cold. Why not invite them in to sit on the couch inside? The Service Team are inside laughing and messing around. No respect for the customers that pay their wages. I escalated to the Sales Manager - Still waiting for a phone call from the service manager 2 weeks later. For a dealership that is under renovation and doesnt feel very inviting I would suggest management coach the staff to care about the customer experience. Why burn a good customer?

Lee is a seasoned salesman from whom I bought my previous car when he was with Toyota Werribee 7+ years ago. I am most impressed by his passion and professionalism demonstrated by his deep product knowledge as well as communication skills and customer first mindset. Very happy to buy another car from him!

Purchased a brand new Range Rover SVR and from the minute I walked in Lee from land Rover made me feel like family. Great old fashioned service from the start to the end. I definitely recommended them, best service possible. Thank you team at Land Rover
