I purchased a Porsche Cayenne Turbo, sight unseen, from Lorbek Luxury Cars. I just love the car! I dealt with Liz, who made the whole process so easy. Liz was responsive, super helpful and never pushy. I felt very comfortable throughout my dealings with her. I dealt with Tai once the purchase was agreed, and likewise, he was efficient, and so good to deal with. I would absolutely recommend Lorbek to anyone wanting to purchase a luxury vehicle.

The difference between a good dealership and a great dealership should be measured by the staff that work there and how much help you are afforded when things go wrong. Daniel Novak - thank you so much for your time and effort in helping me get back on the road with my used GL 63 AMG. I purchased a used Mercedes-Benz GL 63 AMG from Lorbek Luxury Cars in November 2022. The sales process was good, with the salesperson assisting me with inspections over FaceTime and timely sending of photos and information of the vehicle. I expressed concern with the reliability of the vehicle, and to ease this I was offered extended warranty on the car. I was going to drive the vehicle back up to Sydney, and they helped organise a 7-day unregistered pass to keep it all legal. I picked up the vehicle and drove it back to Sydney, however 60kms from home in the middle of the night, the first sign of trouble appeared; an engine overheating message on the dash. Physical inspection showed coolant leaking profusely from the bottom of the engine bay. I immediately called roadside assist to have it towed home, and messaged Daniel to inform. The next day, Daniel called me back and I updated him on the situation. After getting the vehicle inspected, it was found to have a disconnected coolant overflow pipe - which relatively speaking was a small fix. At the same time, it needed 2 new front tyres to pass Blue Slip - Daniel assisted with the cost of this. Fast forward two weeks, and I now noticed coolant level low messages on the dash and a slow coolant drip on my garage floor. At this point, I am stressing out due to the fact that it is coming up to Christmas and the car needs to be reliable for an upcoming road trip. I take it back to my mechanic, and the car is found to be leaking coolant all over the place: - Failed Water pump - Leaking Thermostat - Coolant pipes - O rings - Pressure test failing. With a significant repair bill now facing me and the stress building further, Daniel proactively helped me out by: - Liaising with the extended warranty provider and getting more of the bill covered where I was unable to get them to - Discussing with his boss to cover the remaining cost of the repair bill - Saving me a huge chunk of my life! Words can't describe how thankful I am to have dealt with Daniel Novak and the Lorbek team, and that I bought my car from them and benefitted from their levels of service. I can honestly say I am a pedantic customer and despite this Daniel worked tirelessly to assist me. I am truely grateful that Daniel had stepped above and beyond to assist me where legally, he wasn't required to. This fact isn't lost on me. I wish more people were like him and customer service should be held to this standard at more places. Thank you so much again. For anyone looking for a luxury car with the people and service to back your investment, I would look no further than Lorbek Luxury Cars.
Purchased my 2022 Mercedes CLA35 AMG from Lorbek and I could not be happier with the experience. What a wonderful experience. Went into LORBEK to have a look at the AMG ML63 and from the minute we walked in, to delivery of the Vehicle to my door, I was given nothing but full attention. Both Liz and Tai were absolutely amazing. Liz had the greatest skills, she convinced me it was the car for me and made me fall in love with it and Tai from contract to delivery was also very informative making the whole process go smoothly. The car is amazing, I did not even test drive it or start it which can be risky but I was confident due to the the condition of the car and knew that there should not be any issues. Thank you guys. I would definitely recommend them for anyone looking at purchasing a luxury vehicle.
After a long 2-month wait, I have finally received my Grey 2010 Audi A8 4.2LT FSI Quattro. I am VERY pleased to say that this vehicle has since been an absolute pleasure to own and drive. The car has so much power, and literally EVERY luxury feature under the sun. With the exception of a few little love-marks here and there, the car looks as good in person as did in the listing photos. I really love driving this beast!... A special thank you goes out to Tai, for keeping me informed throughout the repair and handover process, and thanks to the team for your continued efforts to get the car right, even after such a long and painful ordeal regarding parts availability.

A big thank you to Dan Novak, Dave and all the team at Lorbek Luxury Cars for such excellent service. After searching fruitless on Car Sales NSW for some time I widened the search and found my black Jaguar XF at Lorbek in Melbourne, they organised a remote Facetime viewing which was as hilarious as it was informative and then put the car on a transporter to Canberra where it was dropped off outside the house a few days later - all done without my leaving the house and it couldn't have been easier - and the car is immaculate! Many thanks guys.
I just like to say thank you for our new car. The car is clean and comes with a good service history as well and the staff from Lorbek luxury cars is very friendly and cooperative, especially TAI for all the great help with the documentation and all stuff. David is a good salesman and he doesn't want to lose the deal So we agreed in the middle of the negotiation. Overall, all the experience was very good in dealing with Lorbek Luxury Cars. Would recommend all to visit once if looking to buy a luxury car.
