Met a range of guys from the team including Nathan, Ben and Laine. All outstanding gentleman who managed to sell me a fantastic car. Would definitely recommend and purchase another car in the future from them. Very honest, genuine and always happy to help.
Purchased an Audi A3 with an extended car warranty. Ben and Laine are both professional and don't muck around. Not pushy salesmen and let the cars speak for themselves. An issue occurred after purchasing the Audi however was quickly rectified professionally by Ben & Laine. Would highly recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to come here.
Car advertised on Carsales. Advert presented well with good pricing. Nathan supported sale that extended to trading in my car at a reasonable price. While RWC wasn’t current on the day if inspection, l wasn’t aware my car that had been paid out needed clearance from financier. This was discovered on day scheduled for trade hand over. Nathan was professional knows paperwork requirements and patient while l chased a letter for clear title. Nathan provided scanned papers and followed up payment of trade balance to me within 7 days. Thanks Nathan
I bought a Mercedes’ Benz C250 from Australian Vehicle Locators and was extremely happy with them. Ben is a great guy who is extremely responsible and helpful, he did all the work in regards to the loan as well as following up to make sure everything was completed through making the phone calls and completing paperwork. He never hesitated to pick up his phone and answer any questions that I had, and even after buying the car he still answered any questions and helped with any problems I may have been having. He was one of the best staff there and I highly praise him for all the great work that he’s doing. I had a great experience with them and Ben was a large reason for that. I would highly recommend buying a car from here if you are looking to. I’m not commenting on the price of the car as it was a price that was agreed upon by both parties, my review is more so about the staff and the services they provided as well as how they stand by their word.
Ben and the team at AVL in South Melbourne were fantastic. One of the best and most pleasant experiences I’ve had buying a car ever. They were never trying to be pushy or put on the hard sell. And the whole purchasing process with having another vehicle to trade in was easy and simple. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a quality and competitively price car.
Bought a European Car from these gents. Seemed fine until my mechanic discovered the motor was full of oil sludge due to poor servicing. Had to fully replace the engine sometime later. Lesson learnt, strongly advise do not buy from AVL without genuine log books. Seems they buy cars from all the country over with unknown service history's.
Ben was awesome. Guided me through the process and made the whole experience seem effortless. Got a great deal for my trade in as well. More than a couple of grand than most dealers were offering!!!! Took less than a day from negotiations to delivery. Thank you Ben and team!!!
Managed to purchase two motor vehicles in totally contactless transactions and have them delivered to separate location in country Victoria. Excellent communication and fast response times. Highly recommend
I went there with some family to look at a car and they said to come in at a specific time. We showed up at the time they specified and they acted confused saying that Ben had taken the car and won’t be back the day after. The man we spoke to was so rude and belittling. They were so unprofessional, and have no communication skills whatsoever. We drove 2 hours for this disgusting customer service. Definitely would not recommend. Unless you want to be scammed and waste your time.
Excellent selection of vehicles at great prices! Service received by Nathan was fantastic! No worry at all to have vehicles explained with a no rush test drive followed by great sales service. 100% recommend purchasing with AVL
