This is the second time we have used Car Search Brokers Aust. Two occasions twenty four years apart. We experienced the same great service both times. Keep up the good work folks!

The price(A$ 8990) and condition was good. The car looked like almost new one. Weird thing is that the dealer just refused to negotiate the price. Eventually I got A$ 90 discount. .

They found me the car fine - but 8 weeks later I'm still waiting for the registration to transfer. They don't let me know what's going on, don't respond and are extremely unhelpful. I would not use them again and would not recommend them to anyone else.

For a company that's meant to take the hassle out of buying a car, they've failed completely. Didn't follow up or return calls when promised. Took over eight weeks to find a run of the mill car. Ultimately purcashed a car (through them) that I'd seen advertised on the internet weeks earlier (at a cheaper price). Didn't deliver the car. Had less than 1/4 tank of petrol when I picked it up. A whole range of other issues and hassles. Still dealing with them now, 12 weeks on, and it's just a frustrating, difficult experience every time. (FYI - they're in Kensington now).
