They get you in by being typical smooth car salesmen.  Then once they have your money they turn off the phone, don't answer e-mails or texts.  They don't pay out the finance on your trade in, on-sell your trade in while it still incumbent leaving you with DEBT.  They also state there is a roadworthy then don't provide the paperwork, then also don't submit the relevant paperwork to VicRoads.  In addition to this the cars aren't cheaper than through a reputable car lot.  STEAR CLEAR.................AVOID at ALL COSTS unless you are a sad sucker like me!!!!!! 
BURNT really really badly, don't make the same mistake I made.  This is not sour grapes.

They did an amazing job finding me a perfect little car! Would go back there for my next car! Everyone is nice and friendly!
Definitely recommend this place for anyone who would like to purchase a car!
