My late father bought me a brand new Mazda 626 Sedan at City Mazda in 1990 when l was 18 years old, as a gift. My old Mazda is now 32 years old, still drives like new and l cannot part with it for sentimental reasons and for the nostalgia. It has clocked up 500,000km and l will never let it go. 32 years later, l have returned to City Mazda to buy my new Mazda 3. I intend to drive both cars and LOVE them beyond words. I didn't deal with Mazda City directly at the begining as I went through a broker but next time I will be dealing directly with Mazda directly. I was blown away by the outstanding service I had received from Ellie. From the moment I arrived to pick up my new car, she went through detail on how the car worked and helped myself set up bluetooth etc. The showroom was clean and welcoming, and all staff were very courteous. What I really loved is my car came with a gift and a full tank of petrol my last car I bought from Subaru only had enough to get to the petrol station. I even received a follow up email to ensure that everything was going ok and to book the car in for the first 1 month check over. I would highly recommened City Mazda to anyone looking at buying a new car. I have bought several cars to date and this has been one of the best experiences I have ever had to date.

Having purchased two cars from City Mazda, their service department does an incredible job and you feel so confident driving away knowing your car has been thoroughly checked and detailed. Their attention to safety, cleanliness and communication is exemplary and although I have to travel from a regional area, I would not choose to go anywhere else. Thank you to everyone for your professionalism, courteousness and supportive approach - it was, yet again, another very positive experience where the culture of this work place is very respectful towards female customers.
Cannot recommend City Mazda enough! I purchased a Mazda CX30, and aside from the car being absolutely beautiful, the entire team at City Mazda are incredible! I purchased this Mazda interstate as I am in QLD, and the process could not have been easier considering I couldn’t be there to sign documents etc. Before I knew it the car was delivered to my door! A massive Thank you to Chantal in Finance, Ash who organised my paint protection and tinting, Steph who organised the delivery and of course Michael and Jerry for organising me an amazing car and an unbeatable price! Amazing staff and excellent customer service, cannot recommend City Mazda enough!

10 Ref#c153758 I just wanted to say that I could have gotten a Mazda at a dealer close to my house such as Essendon Mazda the service there was so bad that we googled another dealer and city Mazda came up. when we said we will be purchasing from somewhere else they yelled out as we where walking out the door “let see if they give you the carpets” everyone in the showroom was looking at him.. and boy are we glade we came to you guys. I can't express to you guys what an amazing choice that was from start to finish. we have seen nothing but amazing service. I also wanted to give a special thanks to the guy that greats you when you bring the car in for service big tall guy with blue eyes his customer service blew me away. He even remembered my husband that came 3 years ago. Purely because his good at what he dose. If I didn't see all the cars that where getting a service I would of thought that we where the only one that brings our car in. Also a special thanks to the lady on the phone that booked my car in she was so sweet. Last but not least the shuttle bus driver. What an amazing guy he was. Many thanks
I wish we had purchased our vehicle from any other mazda dealer in Melbourne. All was good at the purchase. We had a bunch of aftersales products bought with the vehicle. The biggest nightmare became the paint protection extra Supporting team isn't there for you. They do pretend to be the ones, and act in your interest, - but ....., Be careful with your choice of the dealer. Better price has saved me 2k- but mazda city - took 4 k of my pockets for repairs, and heaps of time on the phone with no active results. No way i would ever go back! Not even for the annual service! Worst please to consider
Brought a Demo CX-8 from Luke and it was some of the best customer service i have ever come across. Next time i need to update our other cars I'll be coming back. Thanks again Luke, I'm really enjoying the car, big upgrade from the Jeep.
