Thank you very much to the City Mazda team. I’d especially like to thank Abdi from sales, Elissa from parts and service, and Jasjeet from finance. They all provided me with an excellent customer experience while purchasing my first Mazda, a CX-5.nAlthough there were a few issues along the way, they were resolved quickly through good communication. City Mazda offers great pricing and excellent service—they truly deserve to be considered a top-tier dealer. I hope they can win the Master Dealer Excellence Award again this year.

I was in the market for a new Mazda for my wife and initially visited the Caroline Springs dealership, where I received a quote for the model I was interested in.nnA mate suggested I check out City Mazda in South Melbourne, and I'm so glad I did. Not only did I get the same car for a better price, but it was also a year newer and a higher-spec model.nnIf you're looking to buy a Mazda, I highly recommend speaking with Alex or Perry at City Mazda. They were honest, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. There was no pressure, just great customer service and a fantastic deal.nnThanks again, Alex and Perry—you've definitely earned a lifelong customer!

I bought the car together with my partner, Sen.nnTo be honest, we looked at a lot of cars before coming to City Mazda, and the whole process was getting pretty frustrating. Claudeo was a big reason why we ended up buying here. He was patient, easy to talk to, and always happy to answer our questions without making us feel pressured.nnThe week before delivery, Sen was actually excited every day and kept talking about picking up the car. It made the whole experience something to look forward to instead of something stressful.nnThanks again, Claudeo. We really appreciate all your help and couldn’t be happier with the car.

Thanks to Michael Malkoun for our new car. Alex was fantastic he kept me informed from when the car was received to providing details of when things were getting done to answering any questions we also had. To Armando for his service with Insurance and obtaining Schmick Care and Sai for explaining the car in delivery going through all the details of the car in full and all the other staff behind senses at City Mazda. The service from start to finish was fantastic, whatever we needed it was delivered. The car was perfect and was above expectations on delivery. They went above and beyond. Would highly recommend City Mazda.

My partner bought a car here and they were so lovely. No hard sell, transparent and fair pricing. Georgie was lovely and my partner said she’s never had such a nice experience buying a car. They treated her with respect and kindness. So happy with our second run about car and couldn’t recommend this dealership highly enough. When we are ready to upgrade our main car this is where we will be going.
