It had been an absolute pleasure to visit the City Jeep again!! Thank you Dan, Jack and Nancy for an amazing experience purchasing my new Grand Cherokee. From the minute I walked into your showroom I was welcomed by all your friendly and helpful staff. Best Monday I have had in a long time, buying a car and celebrating with French bubbles and lots of laughs. Thank you so much for assisting me in making my purchase so smooth. A big thumps up to City Jeep but especially Jack and to my best mate Dan (Shukriya) 😄👏👍

During the whole sales experience the staff we amazing, it wasn’t until after we’d signed the contract that the experience changed. The after sales experience was really disappointing. We were told that a brand new car was available for us at the storage lot and we’d be able to collect at the end of the week. We were informed midweek that the car was not available and they had a car at the pop up store was exactly the same. We were told that we’d not even notice the difference. Well, this car had already 170kms on it, had grubby marks on the drivers side roof (obviously from numerous people getting in an out of the showroom car). It was also missing an antenna. Had we seen known that this wasn’t really “factory new”, we would have waited for another one from the lot. When the car was handed over to us, it happened in a dimly lit part at the back of the dealership, so the marks on the roof weren’t visible. I will say the whole sales experience was great, but don’t expect much once you’ve signed the contract. It literally just feels like you’re another stat on the sales board!

It’s rare I write a bad review but City Jeep have forced my hand… The business model at this place would have to be one of the sleaziest around. At every service (and I’ve had a few) they always try the upsell with a range of almost totally worthless add-ons that aren’t included in the official service schedule. Twice in the past I have accepted their offer for these services and had to return for a follow up service to correct the damage they actually did. My latest visit though takes the cake. 45 minutes after dropping the car off I got called asking if I would like my wipers replaced at a cost of $140! A) the wipers were 100% fine and b) try googling the actual cost of replacing Jeep wipers. You find the most expensive one you can find is less than a 1/3 of the quoted price. When I picked up my car I pointed that out to them only to get the reply that “yeah, that is very expensive but these costs are set by head office”. No attempt was made to explain why I was being asked to buy something I didn’t need. I have purchased 2 x cars from this place and had all services done here simply for convenience (shame on me) but no more. There is no respect for being a long term customer other than a thinly-veiled attempt to rip me off every time I visit. Forget the royal commission into the banks – this place is a far bigger concern. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.

We had an amazing experience at City Jeep. Tyson was very accommodating, very genuine & everything was taken care of from transfer fees & stamp duty to our next service. He was very knowledgeable about all the vehicles on site. We will never purchase a car elsewhere. I am absolutely thrilled with my new car & the purchase price!

I love my Jeep Wrangler! And I loved the experience I had with Hayden and Dan. They were a pleasure to deal with and they where not pushy at all, really easy to get along with and very honest.
