I just moved into this area and went to buy a box of strawberries However, I found that they were all moldy when I opened the box at home! I had to go back to the store and asked for refund, the staff told me that I can grab a new one if I want, I went to check the shelf, and every box strawberries is moldy! Seriously, they should check the fresh items before putting on the shelf, it’s so disgusting! Conclusion:Be very careful when you buy fresh stuffs, they are all moldy

Have been visiting this store from couple of months. Friendly staff, Always taking suggestions and gets what I need Liquor collection is awesome and pricing is cheaper too. I find everything I need here Highly recommend this place for Southbank locals.

This is my local so I'm always in here. There is a good variety of products, including alcohol. The staff are always friendly, they're happy to take requests for new products and will even offer to get more of something if they notice you buy a lot of it. I've never had a problem with out of date products and the produce is always fresh. Would love to see more vegan options.

Great for fresh veggies, fruits, meats. Good selection of wines and other liquor. Better than Woolworth.

I think it’s illegal to sell expired products. I noticed products with expiry date as Aug 2022 in the box where it’s marked as less price in southbank

Just saw a member of the staff pouring fresh orange into the bottles, drinking a bit of a bottle a placing it with the other ones. Simply disgusting.

Great place to do shopping. They have an excellent range of products. I could almost find everything I want in there. The fruit is nice and fresh. Excellent variety of alcohol range. The staff are always happy and friendly. Highly recommend shopping there.

It has basic things you need, but level of fresh is medium and quality of meat is medium. Drink selection isn't bad

Ok so - if your product isn't 20% more expensive, it'll be off. Not out of date but smells awful, mould visable. AVOID fruits meats milks cheese and bread. Just the things I experienced. When reading others experiences I was put off and felt intimidated in returning the off food I had purchased. Having no where else to go before woollies opened due to disability at the time it had me in tears sometimes.
