Louis Vuitton Melbourne Crown

WORST WORST PLACE TO SHOP!! Worst customer service ever!!! The store manager Tyson has very poor customer service. Went to exchange an item, spent two hours in the store without even been offered a glass of water only to hear to go back to the Collin street store. We were asked to wait for an hour as the manager was on a break. They completely refused to help even though we were entitled for an exchange or store credit given the product in the original condition. The bag was still in box, the store manager said it’s not perfect because it sat in the box for thirty days, even though there is a thirty day exchange policy in place. Just wanted to be difficult to a paying customer. I would not spend my money at crown Louis Vuitton and Would never ever recommend anyone for any reason to shop at the crown store. Went to Chadston Louis Vuitton store, problem solved in ten minutes. What a difference!!! I accidentally touched the star!!! No stars earned!!!

disgusting service. went in looking for a bag and found the one we wanted. it was on the cabinet we dint realise someone was buying it so I picked it up to have a look, the sale man was absolutely disgusting yanked it right out of my hand n said "don't touch that someone else is buying it, if you want to look at one find one yourself".

Worst customer ever received, staff don't acknowledge you at all and even though there was only like 2 other customers in the store the staff would continually talk to each other and laugh about other things that didnt seem important. waited a solid 20 minutes without being acknowledged, eventually i just left

Best place to go if you want to waste your time standing around like a tool and not be acknowledged for 15-20 minutes. Even though the store itself wasn't busy. Better off buying on their online store. Because there isn't a difference in experience anyway.
