Outstanding service at Autohaus Prestige.

What a seamless process trading in my old car for a recent BMW X5.   Rachael was wonderful to deal with and made me feel at ease from the moment I was first viewing the vehicle.  The customer service at Autohaus is outstanding - the whole team are warm and friendly and also very professional.

Made the whole car purchase experience a very enjoyable one!  I will definitely be back there again when it's time for another upgrade.

My partner and I picked up a 2015 bmw 328i m sport and we couldn’t be happier with the whole process from start to finish.
Rick answered all of our calls, questions and gave us a thorough explanation of how to use all of the vehicle’s features when we came to pick it up. 
We are already enjoying the seat warmers and absolutely love our new car! Thank you Rick and the team.

We had a really good experience in purchasing our family car from these guys. We saw a Prado on the web, were impressed with the photos and decided to make the drive from Horsham for the day. Rachel had the car cleaned and prepared for our arrival and we drove it home a few hours later. All in all a very happy experience and one we will be recommending to our friends.

Autohaus were fantastic to deal with. 

Rachael was extremely flexible to suit my timeline and her customer service levels set the Benchmark. 

I had not heard of Autohaus until last week but I have no hesitation in recommending their services to all. 

Their advice was considered and it was a relaxed, seamless process to purchase my Mustang!!

I was in the market for a prestige car for the first time in my life. Visits to a few brand name dealerships were daunting to say the least however the staff at Autohaus Prestige were nothing short of welcoming and helpful. Within minutes multiple cars were moved so I could test drive a C250 which I ended up buying. The whole process was handled professionally by Rachael and the post sales service has also exceeded expectations. I now have a great car, sold at a great price by a great company. When I get AMG C63 money I'll be back to visit your team 😄 Thanks again Rachael.
