We took my wife's Peugeot to Cox after having very negative experiences with 2 different dealer services departments. The team at Cox took the time and properly diagnosed the cause of the issues the car was experiencing and got the car running beautifully and reliably. So much so we took it back for the next logbook service. The team kept us advised and informed before taking any action which is greatly appreciated and once again did great work. The workshops are immaculate as are the amenities. Good Tradesmen look after their tools and keep a clean workspace and the guys at Cox are quality. Got a service and RWC done, on a car I'd purchased recently, all previous services were completed via Cox so I thought I'd just use the same company ,hoping they understand the car and history. It was my first time using them, but it won't be the last, very clean professional warehouse in south Melbourne an east walk into the city to work after I dropped off my car in the morning. I was given a call before lunch time , they explained the situation in simple language. The price was expected based on the work done. I was very impressed , they do the little things right. Highly recommend this honest trustworthy genuine business.
Despite my little car needing a LOT more work than I anticipated my fault, the team at Cox were amazing. Love the extra touches of customer service. A great experience with Billy and the team at Cox Auto. I honestly could not fault them. As a first time customer, everyone was really friendly, honest and professional. Communication was clear and pricing was upfront from Billy, regarding the servicing and other work that needed to be done, alongside maintenance that will be need to be completed later in the year. The complementary loan car service meant that my day wasn’t impacted and my Porsche was spotlessly clean inside and out when I picked it up, and noticeably smoother to drive. I look forward to being a long term customer at Cox Auto and will highly recommend their services to everyone.

Fantastic service from start to finish - The business runs like a well oiled machine. Arriving before 8am to a friendly greeting where the staff were prepped and prepared for my vehicle’s service. Mid-morning once works were assessed they called me to run through the items line by line and the prices associated. When finished, the payment & collection process was smooth. I use Cox for several vehicles as I’ve found them more knowledgeable, responsive and value focussed than the dealers. As always excellent prompt service. Car wasn’t quite ready due to minor glitch on test drive when came to pick up so courtesy car provided without asking. Contrary to some of the not so good reviews I opted to use Cox to replace the water pump in my Audi Q3. I found Mark to be straight forward and informative when I asked about the repair. After replacing the water pump there was still a coolant issue and when I rang they said bring it in which I did do immediately. They did pressure tests and found the oil cooler had a slow leak, once again this was shown to me so I could understand. I asked for the parts as I like to go over these so I understand the issue and they were only too happy to oblige. They fitted me in to fix the second issue and made it an emergency job so I could meet a previous commitment that I could not change. They provided me with a loan car the first time and had me dropped off and collected via Uber the second. Their prices are competitive , the guys are obliging and even though I’m a female in my 70’s didn’t talk down to me which I appreciated as it’s common to be treated as though you’re brain dead once over 60 and a female.
