Great service at Subaru service centre in Port Melbourne. My first service with my recently purchased 2019 Outback and couldn’t fault it. Friendly team, loan car was no trouble and price of service was very reasonable. They had a very busy day and still managed to get my car back to me on time. Highly recommend for all Subaru owners!
Not too sure whats gone on here but certainly not the same Subaru dealership I used to enjoy visiting... I miss the professional first class service it used to have, the long chats with friendly service staff, and there are no more new models on show to consider upgrading to. No service reminders anymore. Not sure if my car was serviced by staff with the right expertise because it used to be very transparent. Everything now feels just transactional. Very sad.
Lovely people and great service. Was picking up my new Subaru Forester and the guy helping me made it so quick and easy to pick up my car and answered all my questions and was very understanding and patient.
Subaru Docklands did an excellent job of servicing our vehicle. The understanding they had towards our car’s needs and extra items we needed was exemplary. They were quick, efficient and thorough. Thank you! We will definitely be back!nnI add this too: My husband had a great experience with Subaru Docklands. The car was serviced perfectly and even cleaned both internally and externally.
I have a very mixed review.nMy service advisor Sarah, was very friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful unfortunately had the tough job of mitigating delays and keeping the customer as happy as possible. So thank you Sarah.nnMy issue - I called to schedule my car in for an out of cycle visit to have the AC checked. As it was an AC issue, it had to be scheduled for a Thursday as Subaru’s sub contractor only attends that day. I was told they would need my car the whole day, but the earlier the car is dropped off the higher the chance for it to be seen to sooner.nnI dropped off at 7:30am and was third in queue and was told the car would be ready by 4pm, and I would receive an update before any work was completed.nn2pm comes around, no update. So called and was advised that the technician had 9 cars to attend to and an update would be given soon and should still be on track for 4pm. I arrive at the service centre a little before 4pm with still no update. Only to be advised it had still not been reviewed. 4:20pm I receive the update and diagnosis. Work to take place and left the service centre at 5:10pm.nnWhile I appreciate Sarah and her ability to mitigate the situation, my frustration is with the scheduling of services, what appears to be overbooking and inability to prioritise vehicles that are in first. Should I have known it would be seen at 4:20pm I wouldn’t have dropped it off at 7:30am.nnUnsure if I will be back to Docklands Service. Very mixed experience.
