Unfortunately great car, let down by the dealership. Car went in for a 100k service and on returning home i was greeted by oily boot marks on the drivers floor mat - i incorrectly assumed they used paper mats to avoid this from happening. This service also required the check straps on each door to be lubricated which quite clearly was not completed.   I know these are only small matters which i will rectify myself but I really expect more from an OEM dealership where you pay above the odds for service.

It was a terrible mistake to service my Tribeca at Subaru Dockland.nnFirst, I was not notified with new service centre location before my booking date. Did a one hour morning drive. Turned up the old site and found the surprise. Next, workshop completed a general service. I would never thought a general service could go wrong with a dealership service centre. Next day, on cold start, I found engine oil dripping down driveway which did not happen before service. What a nightmare.nnAbsolutely unacceptable workmanship. Local workshop would do much better job.nnWill not return again for service. Waste of my time and money.

Just picked up a new car from the team at Subaru docklands. The team fast tracked the process to get the car delivered prior to the Christmas break. Could not be more grateful. The customer service and support has been exceptional from start to finish especially Harri who secured black plates without even asking, making my new rexy that much meaner. Highly recommend.

I enjoyed a fantastic experience from start to finish at Subaru Docklands, with friendly and professional service plus total efficiency throughout all stages of the purchase. I really must compliment the specialist salesperson, Christopher, on doing an outstanding job, making me feel very special and providing exemplary “people” skills in person, by phone, text and email. It was genuinely one of the most enjoyable and stressless ! vehicle purchases I have ever had …. and that’s why I’d recommend buying a Subaru from Subaru Docklands, if you’re considering a Subaru. Overall, I’m very happy with every aspect - especially that my vehicle materialised sooner than expected and is just wonderful. Well done Subaru Docklands - you deserve your five stars.

Can’t comment on service because only just collected vehicle. Only issue was I was offered a free valuation which I accepted but was then asked what car I was interested in buying and when I explained I wasn’t interested in buying for at least 2 years I’ve had no correspondence since so can only assume the “free “ valuation was predicated on me buying a new car! Also asked if the navigation system could be upgraded but was told no and directed to google to do it myself. Just tried to upgrade but seems I have to pay a subscription fee of $206 US dollars. I think it’s outrageous that when I pay a premium for a dealer service - $800 plus dollars the navigation system isn’t included.
