Absolutely fantastic service. We were there to look at the cheapest car they have to offer, and yet the staff who assisted us at Subaru Docklands spent over an hr taking both myself and my partner through all the details of the car. Even when I was discussing finance with another staff member, the salesman took my fiance through the finer details of the car, and actively engaged with her. Would certainly recommend this dealership to anyone looking at getting a new Subaru.

Being in the service industry for over 25 years it’s extremely rare when you experience a ‘full complete’ service Upon arriving very early in the morning to drop off my vehicle, I observed who I later found out to be the Service manager being jovial and uplifting to all his staff! Having a similar role in my profession I was immensely impressed with his actions not only towards his customers but also his staff. You could see the drive and motivation that he instills in not only himself but his colleagues. Thanks for your exemplary service! Five stars all the way!

Fantastic experience from the very first test drive with Julian to the day I collected the car and even follow ups today for the first check up/service. Credit to Julian, Kacey, Vish, Vish, Rachael and the rest of the team at Subaru Interactive @ Docklands. They have been great in looking after me throughout the entire process. I bought my very first Subaru here in 2003 and remembered a positive experience then. 15 years later, I'm back purchasing my current car and I am still a very happy customer. Keep up the fantastic work guys!

Saw this squeezer here, I think his name was Travis. Crapped on about giving us a good deal, took us on a hair raising "All wheel demo" which basically consisted of him drifting around Port Melbourne roundabouts quite inappropriately. Gave us a speed about how "the price is the price". Went to another dealer, gave us a great price AND let us test drive the car. Amazing

I had a great experience at Subaru Docklands. Nick, Betty and Daylon are a great friendly and professional team. Special shout out to Nick and Betty as I spent a lot of time with them both. Nick was awesome in showing me all the bells and whistles in the Impreza. He made me feel confident in my selection of car. Betty was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly and made all the paperwork a breeze to get through. Subaru you have two awesome assets right there (remember this come bonus time Mr/Ms CEO :) ). I'd highly recommend this dealership.
