Daniel is the most informed salesman I have ever come across. I have dealt with Mercedes, BMW but by far the best experience I have had thus far is with Daniel and the team at Volvo Melbourne. Not to mention the new range of cars are safe, good looking and state of the art.

I recently went into Volvo looking to upgrade to a SUV. Even though I was fresh from work and looked like a mess, I was greeted instantly with a huge welcome and smile by a young man named Daniel. Despite my lack of knowledge for cars, Daniel had patiently explained all the options available for me and even answered many of my (stupid) questions. I was particularly impressed by the depth of his knowledge for the cars I had liked. He made my experience with Volvo Port Melbourne the best I've had with any dealer in the past.

Went in to Melbourne City Volvo to look at the S60 Sedan, was very impressed with the sales consultant Daniel who was warm, welcoming and provided in depth product knowledge superior to that of those from competing dealers. Extremely professional dealership.

I have been looking for a SUV for my partner and have struggled to find the right vehicle. After visiting Melbourne City Volvo to view the new XC60 I can say I am as impressed with the car as I was with the customer service. Daniel was friendly and informative, the experience ticked all the boxes you’d want from a dealership
