Bought a car off AutoClass for my son. The dealings we had with Jim were first class. Everything that was promised was delivered. Would recommend to anyone that is looking to buy a car.

Came to test drive a used car at a good price, the car was in OK condition but expected a better vehicle when shopping at a dealership. Full disclaimer I'm coming from the US and not familiar with Australian used car market

I received a good deal on Mazda Tribute from Jim, and was pleased with the service. Having to buy before Christmas made things difficult as they did not have a lot of time to prepare the roadworthy and everything else that goes with it, yet Jim was able to have the car ready for me by Christmas Eve which was outstanding.  Aside from being slow to make contact with me as I found myself making more calls than receiving in regards to the state of the car and weather it would be ready in time and their rush to answer questions when I did call, I was very pleased with their ability and service. Would recommend

Absolutely terrible experience! Do NOT believe the good reviews you read on here they are all fake! Jim and Adam are nothing like what you read in the review. They do not care about the customer only themselves and their wallets.  I bought a car from them 3 months ago and already it is leaking oil, the airflow sensor is shot and it has an alternator that doesn't charge. These are issues that should have come up with the RWC.  There was a problem with the warranty, I tried to put the claim in and was told that the warranty was not valid because the dealership had not paid. Although that issue was resolved it was NOT quick, it was NOT easy and it was NOT thanks to the 'good work' at autoclass. I called multiple times and was told that the manager was not in and I would be called back as soon as he got back. Well he must be overseas or something because it has been a month and I still have not been called.  These guys are absolutely terrible. PLEASE do your research and do not make the same mistake I did and buy from them. The cars are ridiculously over-priced considering the condition they are in. Please do not buy from here EVER. You can do so much better. Only reason I gave one star is because I can't post with 0 stars

I purchased this car last November 2017 from this Car Dealer. The car was ready on the date we agreed and I took delivery. A few days later I had some issues with the car and was not sure how "Jim" the salesman would respond and whether or not the issues would be resolved promptly. I must say I was very happy with the dealers response and the manner which the matters that required attention were rectified in a timely manner and Jim was 100% in following through with everything he promised. The matters were fixed, the service was great and I do note that a few of the rectifications may have not been known to the dealer at the time of the sale. In all, I am very happy with the car and the dealer and would not hesitate to recommend this dealer to anyone looking to purchase a car. Jim, thank you!
