Rooms are spacious and nicely equipped with dishwasher, fridge, washing machine, TV and everything you will need for cooking. NO WIFI!!nLocation is great, perfect for a walk along the river, close to shops, the ferry is also very nearby.nStaff were friendly but not amazingly helpful, when I complained about our door being left open all day and into the night after our towels were replaced they looked nonplussed!
This place has so, so much potential but sadly was disappointing. Location was fantastic, so close to South Perth foreshore and the ferry to Perth. The pictures make it look much nicer and neater than it was. The room and its size was fantastic, albeit a little dated which wasn’t an issue. The couch was unbearably uncomfortable and this made relaxing in the room impossible. This couch needs replacing! No wifi was provided although advertised and a modem present in the room. The servicing of the room was ordinary and whilst we understood that servicing was limited, the public holidays meant that the room went 5 days without servicing and could have been helped by proving some extra towels, toilet paper and cleaning products for this extended period of no service. The opening hours sign at the managers office was incorrect and the office was not open when the sign said.
These rooms were overpriced to say the least for the standard they were. This room was very dirty and there was blood still in fridge and food left in cupboards by previous tenants. Razor heads on shower floor and just generally grotty surfaces. No reception the whole time we were there. Sent two emails and called three times with no answer or reply. I will never stay here again and only wish I had have looked at all the reviews as it seems most people say it is unclean. Good location although very noisy next to the Freeway.
Location would be the strongest point of this place , handy to the city by short walk to ferry .nRooms are ok ,relatively clean , not really well appointed in the kitchen.nHygiene generally poor , outside in the corridor & stairs there was rubbish bags left to smell for 4 days of our stay !!nNo WiFi contrary to advertisingnOffice hours are not adhered to and generally were hard to get help from ! Manager obviously not around or blind as to the disgusting filth outside the apartments for 4 days straight!nNo lift and we were on the second floor so lugged suitcases up ,for the elderly it was an effort !
Location is just walking distance to waterside. Close to the city and freeway/highway entrance and exit. The unit comes with kitchen, cooking utensils, dishwahser, wwashing machine, dryer, ironing, all complete if you require cooking and washing. The cleanliness is acceptable. Easy check un and check out even after office hours. Parking provided inside the area.
