They didn't understand their menu (served a "blowjob" that did not have cream; pineapple chicken fried rice with no pineapple).
Medium room was really small. 
Long-island was not made as a Long Island. 
Open the door without knocking. Left with no "enjoy" or "thank you". Turned away and closed the door while I was still talking to them.
Large fruit platter $38 has one apple, one orange and a couple of slices of watermelon.

Karaoke selection leaves a lot to be desired, and you'd better know enough Chinese to use the menus if you go here. Food was garbage, actually still frozen in some cases, but the service is okay, the alcohol selection is decent, and the rooms are good. Very good sound proofing, which is essential from a karaoke place.

Looking for a night out but don't want to travel all the way to the city? Love to sing or listen to music with friends in your own comfortable private room? 
In the Glen you'll find this gem. Sing your heart out or just chill with friends and enjoy some beverages and snacks. Some may enjoy dice games as well. Great to be able to enjoy this in the suburbs!

Have been here atleast 20 times , finger food has been really good & service a bit hit and miss. 

The collection of english songs is a bit small but acceptable and they regularly add new one's every once in a while. 

The karaoke rooms need a lot of clean up or even renovation , as the seats are torn at several places and the air has a sweaty odour.

They are mostly out of handwash liquid in the restrooms, I have also spotted cockroaches in the toilet on almost every visit.
