Sky high prices, ocean bottom service, mediocre steaks and food in general...don't bother spending your money on a restaurant that outwardly looks good but employs student interns to serve customers. Order pork rib and you get in a over an hour with distasteful sauce flowing all over. Not recommended. I live locally, but would never go back. Don't get deceived by its looks from the outside. What matters is what comes on your plate, in what time and how it tastes. This restaurant will not tick any of those criteria. The staff and managers are really not bothered about your feedback. They collect the money and bear an attitude we got your money, you might not come back here if you didn't like it. This is all we can do for you.

I would like to say the dinner experience with friends was not bad, the meat was good despite the size of the meal however when ordered dessert, the waitress suggested we ordered the $30 dessert stating that would be enough for 4 people while what we saw was just a thick chocolate straw stuffed with cream inside, very disappointing to end such a great night. I have spoken to the waitress who still insisted that tiny sweet was enough for 4 because of the richness. Also very upset when my friend went to provide some feedback to the manager who didn't really take into consideration and didn't even apologize and defended his staff who led us to buy that tiny dessert. I won't come back again and won't recommend.

Epic steak-it's so rare to order a blue steak and actually get it blue, not bleeding everywhere and utterly delicious. Great staff, great food, best steak I've had in a long time :) Literally the only thing I could say in criticism is to offer a wider variety of beers. But hey it's not a pub, you go there for the steak and you won't be leaving disappointed.

Worst experience! Manager was so rude and had zero customer service skills. We were told to pay a high corkage for byo after we already opened our bottle of wine. Multiple staff including the manager has seen the bottle as we were escorted to our table and no one said anything! We were given no options other than to leave without ordering food. We didn't get a chance to eat the food but I hope it's better than their service!!!

True 5 star service. Their food is absolutely fantastic, their staff even better, and the atmosphere is fabulous. They even ran down the street to return my phone... Which I'd left unintentionally. Will return whenever I crave a delicious steak.
