Was very shocked with inconsistency of the HHCC box. Ordered the 5pc box2pc extra for $6 on my very first visit to YOMG and quality and quantity of food was amazing. The tenders were big and juicy and the breading was very crispy. My second visit however was a shock. This time I didn’t upgrade to the 5 pc and stuck with the 3pc option$22-ish.The tenders were shrunk to half in size, the breading was different and thinner and not crispy, and the amount of fries was half the amount from my last visit. The Mac n Cheese didn’t have the spicy red sauce drizzled either. Given that these two visits were only two days apart. It was quite disappointing.
Hamburger good. Yogurt is perfect. I like the chocolate + salty pistachios, with toppings: peanuts, strawberry, blue berry, pistachio sauce. Sooo tasty!
I’ve been getting the froyo tubs for quite a long time now and I have to say I’m quite disappointed with the portion given in the tubs sometimes. The froyo itself tastes really good , however the tub was often not filled properly — there was a noticeable gap at the top.nnIf customers are paying for a full tub, it should be filled accordingly. Leaving such a large empty space makes it feel like we’re not getting what we paid for, which is honestly quite disappointing.nnI hope the store can be more consistent and fair with portion sizes in the future.
Nice food , friendly staff, i rush for movie and just want to ask how long for my food then staff give me in 30 seconds.Every staff in the kitchen so nice.Thánks again
Very disappointing experience. The place was extremely dirty, and the service was poor. What shocked me the most was seeing people vaping inside the dining area, with no staff seeming to care or take any action.nnFor a brand like this, I expected much better standards in terms of cleanliness, service, and the dining environment. Hopefully, a competitor will open in Glen Waverley soon and give customers more choices.
