Ocean King Chinese Restaurant

Very poor food choice and customer service. Been coming here every now and then. But very run down now. Food quality is still okay. I was told that the tables were fully booked when I came in. Only had a small table left to squeeze in 5 people. An hour after my lunch, the tables were still empty.

Foods have been quite consistent over the years. Customer service is consistently okay, not great. Love their roast duck and salted egg dishes. Good place for gathering dinner with mates.

I have been this place over a hundred times since 2007, and I never feel disappointed, the portion is always generous and price is reasonable, the roast duck and meat is amazing, and the rest of the menu are all delicious and authentic. service is always good if u avoid weekend evening

Worst experience ever. Walked into the restaurant and completely ignored. Sat down before a loud family who was served before us. Ordered dumplings that were still frozen in the middle. Called the waitress who was really rude and just asked if we wanted to cancel it. We cancelled and left, they still tried to charge us for the dumplings at first, refused and still ended up paying $10 for one mediocre serve of chicken feet. Never going back.

As soon as I saw SHARK FIN SOUP on the menu, decided I would not give a cent to this business. Was only there for someone's party.
