The Grand Tofu

When you don't know what to eat today, just choose grand tofu. This restaurant never goes wrong. It's the best one of the same type in Melbourne. Yum. Fast. Worthy.

Food is very nice and consistent. Been here 4 times, all with happy tummies. Staff are very helpful and friendly, they even get you kids cutlery without asking. Food comes super fast and steaming hot. All the items we've had so far are delicious and brings us back to Malaysia.

Yummy Malaysian food and Yong tofu. I visited with a group of friends on Mon night. Place didn't take bookings and had a short wait to be seated. I ordered the Yong tofu fish paste stuffed tofu noodles and found a good selection stuffed veggies, tofu, fried beancurds with authentic taste. The service was friendly, and food came out quick. The restaurant can be quite noisy when crowded so I recommend eating and going. In short, authentic Malaysian food which is served quickly and has good value for money.

An absolute classic if you’re looking for some comfort Malaysian food. This place has been around for ages and is doesn’t disappoint. Love the food, the service is fast but make sure you come a little earlier if you want to miss the long lines at the front but hey, that’s the sign of a great place right. Too many favourites to list here but promise you’ll be back more than once. The food is super cost effective as well.

Staff is extremely friendly. Can be busy with some waiting required, but that's because the food is really great and the place is popular. No matter how busy it gets, the staff serve you with a smile! Very highly recommended and my go-to place in Glen Waverley for Asian food. Food is very fairly priced

Great value with great taste food. Paid under $40 for the whole lot. I can’t believe the $12.80 sweet and sour pork which came in 2 big sized containers. We’ll definitely order from them again.

This fast turn over, obviously very popular Malaysian restaurant churns out meals that are at your table within minutes. We enjoyed our meals though don't need to go back as we can find equivalent fare closer to home!

You can barely take a seat and your food is already on the table! Make sure to arrive hungry because you won't wait long! The soups, rice and noodle meals are all amazing. Speaking about the vibe, it is fantastic, it is nearly almost close to full so occasionally be ready to wait in line to get a table. Overall really recommend.Food: 4/5

Grand Tofu got my soul food. I have to come here at least once a month. I love their Yong Tofu. I got to pick your own soup base, noodle and six choice of Stuffed vegie/tofu. I also like their Lobak - Malaysian springroll wrapped with Tofu skin. Don't forget to help yourself with their homemade sambal chili and green pickle chili these are the best complimentary

I had the curry soup for my Yong Tau Fu as well as their fried squid side dish. The curry was really good, not too spicy but has a lot of flavour. It paired well with the ingredients available. You can pick from a wide variety of ingredients to add to your YTF, such as meatballs, fish cakes, vegetables, noodles. It is pretty affordable as well. I’d recommend this place if you like having noodle soup dishes.
