I went there to have lunch today and the experience was great!! The manager I think it was becuz he was the only one dressed in what seemed like formal wear approached us and seated us, as well as took our order. He was very nice. The staff would take our empty plates out of the table and refill our water in our pots when necessary. The variety of food was good too! They consistently got refilled so there wasn’t a time where I went to see no food on plate : overall, I had a very fulfilling lunch and a very good experience on my first hotpot buffet
Great value if you want to have both buffet and hotpot at 1 place. They have great selection for both hotpot section and hot food. Dont miss out on their crawfish or scampi too! Oh, did I forget to mention that they have good selection of dessert too?
I would give it 5star if i didn’t have the tomyum soup. Everything was perfect with their prices. The manager was really nice and friendly which make the whole experience great in overall. This place has varied of dipping sauces that you can imagine. Good amount of side dishes and stuff that you can put in your pot. For the hot pot itself, you can choose two flavors of soup to have. I had mushroom and tomyam soup and was recommended by them but it tasted like instant tomyam powder soup that you can find from instant noodles. No offense My friend had a hot and spicy soup and it was really tasty. Would recommend this soup though Cheap and spacious space. Better grab your fruits from the shelf before the closing time as they won’t refill it for you :
Our go to spot for hotpot! Perfect middle ground for price/quality/selection! Service is lowkey really goood! The staff refill your broth and takeaway your plates when you need! It’s like they read your mind! Totally not overbearing, just there when you need! You can just chill, take your time and eat till your hearts content! All for less than 35 dollars!
Nice atmosphere to come with friends to introduce them to hotpot. The quality of food is ok, but there wasn't a huge variety they didn't have normal fishballs even. Good for the price at lunch, but unless they had a greater offering at dinner, I really wouldn't pay dinner prices.Food: 4/5
Great selection of ingredients and a ridiculous amount of sauces. Surprised to see they had a dessert bar as well though no ice cream...
We love this place. Lots of varieties and great seafood. Desserts were amazing but if you're doing the last session, there's not a lot of desserts left. The ambiance is great and you can have your private room for group bookings. Staff are so friendly and helpful. The place is clean. The hotpot soup was superb! We would definitely go back!
Only a few types of raw food available when we came in at 1:45 pm and no more hot dishes were served up since we’d arrived. Sufficient supply of sliced beef and lamb though.
The customer service was excellent. Try to come after 8.15pm to avoid traffic either in the restaurant or parking spot. The foods were amazing, ton of space to sit and to place the plates. You are able to choose 2 flavour of soups and free water Drink will be charge on top if you do order. As the place was crowded, i could only took a few picture but there are more foods and dessert to be served. The food is being top up frequently and they will clean your plate straight away. You will have many clean warm new plates under the food table. The place was neat and cleanliness. Definitely will come back. 1-2% charge on card
An eat all you can Hotpot in Glen Waverley. Glad i found this one. Reasonable price, fresh vegies and meat. And heaps of choices. Different kinds of sauces to make. Good service. Staff are very attentive. Car park is not a problem.
