Very bad service! Staff not friendly at all ! Bad management! Staff very inpatient as soon as me and my friends walked in the store! Speaking in a rude way to customer! Request staff to refill the water, approach customer with very unfriendly face! And didn’t even gave customer water after requested for few times! The boss charged us for $40 whereas in the website mention $35… staff told me that he don’t know why boss increase the price on that day whereas usual day is not that price. The food is ridiculously small and have to wait for nearly an hour waiting for just one drink to come. Ordered food and have to wait for another half an hour again! Me and my friends stayed there for nearly 4.5 hours, but didn’t get all the drink we ordered! When asked staff where is the drink, staff mention he don’t know how to prepare the alcohol have to wait till boss to come! What a ridiculous management! While waiting for their boss to come, the staff just sit in front at the reception playing phone without serving customer! When requesting where is the drink, staff didn’t even noted down what drink we ordered and just let it be until my friend go and request!! Is just so ridiculous management! Previous management is much much better than now! Strongly not recommend people to come here! That will be my last visit to this karaoke and will never recommend this place to my friends!
