Horrible customer service by a young guy, and wasn't enthusiastic at all. We were there at 5:30pm and applied what we needed since you need to pay just for service to add RAM. He then insisted our laptop is not going to turn on and to come back the next day, rushing us out just 5 minutes before closing. The laptop we brought in was fine after we fixed the RAM were purchasing into the computer. He just wanted us to leave. At least we got to purchase what we wanted from the store.

Have bought a lot of computer parts from AAA PC parts, they have always been professional and knowledgeable on the products they sell, though personal attitude with some staff could be better.

This guys are LEGENDS. We arrived in Carins taking hollidays and my wife's USB drive was damaged with her whole life in there. She had 4h to finish her final master's assignment. This guys prioritise her case and recovered the data in less than 2h. Thanks so much guys.
