AVOID WHEN PURCHASING EXPENSIVE PRODUCTS!!!! Horrible experience which is still not resolved. Refund the money for this iPhone! How many emails must I send and how long will you guys draw this out? Worst customer care I have ever experienced. First time purchasing anything there and will be my last time. Should have just stuck with officeworks! Over at Officeworks, they really know how to look after customers and do not yell or imply the customer is lying! The Good Guys Cairns, why not just take the product from the customer and do tests (which is standard procedure everywhere else) instead of sending people to the manufacturer? Why make a customer feel horrible? Why the low level customer care? I see this is common as I have read a lot of reviews about you guys. Improve, do better and resolve my iPhone Issue!

Good store, service not so, waiting for some sales person to come and see me. I knew what I wanted. But the staff do sales pitch on some people. One sale did good other failed. 20 minutes later the failed staff finally asked if they can help, yes I want such and such and I have checked on line and you have it. Yes we do, they say, good give it to me, 30 second sale, pay and out. Wow. Good shop good range. Good sales team no.

Went on Monday 18 Dec 2017 at approximately 13:00 to purchase a coffee machine. Waited ten minutes for service but to no avail. Asked a sales person for help to which she replied that wasn’t her department. Waited another ten minutes then went and bought a machine at Harvey Norman’s. Good Guys have the worst possible customer service. They couldn’t be bothered. If you think I’m just sour grapes, check your CCTV at that time!

I wish I could give no stars. Purchasing a product from this store can just be a pain with waiting to be served, once you have the product and god forbid something happens you need to take it back. I had to take back a coffee machine that I purchased from the store and was advised that it had been approved to be repaired under warranty and should not be too long as it had to be sent away. 4 weeks later with NO communication from the store or repairer, I called and and was given a bogus story from the other person on the line. Contacted the manufacture and was advised that the approval was given 4 weeks prior and that this was unacceptable. One thing I have learnt is that there is NO customer service during the purchase or afterwards, stay clear, pay more and go somewhere else where you deserve to be treated with respect and value.

Ok... I was looking at buying a Vacuum cleaner.. I had $$$$. Looked around... couldn't see anyone that was willing to help me.. stood around the vacuum cleaner area for a bit.. but nothing.. so I walked out.. and get this 5 customer service people were around the front counter.. I walk passed them telling all of them... I was in here to get buy a Vacuum cleaner.. and no one.. no one was willing to help me.. not one person around that HOLE area.. one just said "sorry".. it was totally different when King was running the place..
