Disgusting horrible service by Scott, apparent manager of cairns store. I ordered and paid for washing machine on 14/12. Was told would be delivered on 17/12. Then on 17/12 was sent a link to set a date for delivery? I chose 19/12 as next available date. I had to take the whole day off work waiting for delivery as was told they couldn't come into an unlocked abode and leave washer which makes no sense. I rang store at 2.45pm and was told it was on its way and to ring back after 5pm if hadn't arrived. I rang back and was told it's not coming and they don't know why. I told them I cannot have another day off work then was told it will come 23/12. Told them I will be going on holidays then and that's no good to me. Told them they will need to source another delivery service and have it delivered late on 20/12 when I get home from work. Scott laughed at me and said he will just cancel my order and hung up.on me. I've never experienced such disgusting service in all my life. Don't go there. I am.now going to Office of Fair Trading as they have cost me lost wages waiting for delivery. No apologies from Scott at all. He couldn't care less. He thought it was funny. Have not received refund, or washing machine, or apology, or phone call from manager. DISGUSTING SERVICE. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Did an online order.nMy wife went to pick it up and she had the correct code that I had sent to her from the email and the delivery people enjoyed denying her service and said the name doesn’t exactly match the one on the receipt. No giving me a phone call to verify. Just enjoying their ability to humiliate and waste the time of their customers over a “policy” well I make it my policy not do deal with people with no common sense or decency so that was my last purchasenEver from the “bad guys “
Big shout out to manager Jake & also Harley for AMAZING service. Harley went above and beyond helping us pick out all our kitchen needs, explaining everything thoroughly and when we walk in always happy we have him serve us. Also a massive shout out to Levi who served us at the front desk, very polite and great customer service.nWell done guys :
Always first class service. My fridge broke down at Christmas. Staff were amazing and I avoided a complete disaster and I was able to eat my prawns. Amazing.
Today, Kayla was extremely helpful with our purchase. She even provided a discount that fit perfectly within our budget. She guided us in choosing the best fridge and washing machine to meet our needs. Highly recommend her excellent service!
