Pillow Talk Cairns is a delight to shop at. The staff are very nice and friendly, The shop's lighting and set out looks awesome. Not a massive shop but big enough for all your needs, It branches into a few other products that you wouldn't think would be at a bedroom linen shop aswell. All together my wife and I agree that it is an excellent shop and we definitely recommend it. The parking is good too.
Today while shopping at pillow talk in Cairns Mulgrave road I had exceptional customer service from a staff member called SUE! .. nothing was too much trouble for Sue she went above and beyond to answer any questions I had about the mattress protector and quilt I was purchasing . As it is becoming extremely rare to get quality customer service these days I felt Sue was deserving of a review and to let the company know Sue is an asset to the company . Thanks Sue keep up the great work
Absolutely love Pillow Talk Cairns! Wendy at the store is super lovely and helpful, she spent a lot of time with me working out the best cushion combinations for my lounge. If you need some styling advice, go see Wendy! Thank you so much Wendy!!
Tracey is totally brilliant. She is a keeper. You need more of her. Tracey knew what we needed, showed expertise in her field and basically helped us restock our bathroom and bedroom Towelling and Linen. Tracey is from the Cairns Store.
HinWent into pillowtalk cairns today, beautiful store, very well presented, tidy, organised. Was greeted with warmth and friendliness from Julie and Caz. Got some last minute Christmas goodies, always a pleasure to shop in this delightful store, we’ll done to all the staff.
