I visited Sunday 29th of September and Wendy helped me out with my order/concerns. She was very helpful in getting exactly what I needed which was a mattress topper. She then explained to me things I didn't take into account. Her product knowledge also helped me to get a seamless experience when I got home so I didn't struggle with the added depth the topper would of added, so the Queen Deep Fit sheets will be very appreciated.nIt's rare to get such enthusiasm in customer service places recently and I explained this to her.nThe added help has been acknowledged, thank you Wendy!
Today I was running around trying to do Hampers for my work Many stores I went into and no one asked if I needed any help So driving home I called intonPillow Talk Cairns. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and asked if I needed anything I have a budget to spend so straight over to the clearance area . There I met Naree and Sue who absolutely nailed my hamper for me . I am very happy with the help they gave me and would recommend to anyone to pop in and see these lady’s as they No their stuff. My hamper looks amazing Thank you Pillow Talk . Merry Xmas Lady’s I will be back
Pillow Talk Cairns is a delight to shop at. The staff are very nice and friendly, The shop's lighting and set out looks awesome. Not a massive shop but big enough for all your needs, It branches into a few other products that you wouldn't think would be at a bedroom linen shop aswell. All together my wife and I agree that it is an excellent shop and we definitely recommend it. The parking is good too.
Fantastic store. Staff are always so helpful and the stock is presented well. I have always had a great experience shopping here...repeat customer!!
Today while shopping at pillow talk in Cairns Mulgrave road I had exceptional customer service from a staff member called SUE! .. nothing was too much trouble for Sue she went above and beyond to answer any questions I had about the mattress protector and quilt I was purchasing . As it is becoming extremely rare to get quality customer service these days I felt Sue was deserving of a review and to let the company know Sue is an asset to the company . Thanks Sue keep up the great work
