When my +35 year old Onkyo amplifier finally died late last year I was in despair of finding someone willing and able to fix it. Then I was referred to Klaus who said 'No problem ' and 2 days later I had my music back. Sounds better than ever! Hearing things on my very familiar CDs I never heard before! Klaus is a hero!

Legends! Klaus knows his business. He is no frills, to the point, capable, and fair. My amplifier had an intermittent issue, and after paying for the initial assessment with no result, when the issue recurred, Klaus and his team took the unit back, did more tests, found the issue, and returned it at no extra cost. Much appreciated! Let there be rock! ... also picked up a cracker reconditioned TV while I was there, very reasonable price, and all the advice you could want for hooking it up through the amp... free!

The bloke that I spoke to new exactly what amp I was talking about ( 1984 model ) so very knowledgeable. Good advice and reasonable price.
