Computer Obsession Cairns Consists of Previous Owners/Staff of Add To Computer / Tropical Wings, which has been serving members of the public of Cairns for the past 15 years. We specialise in Computer Parts Sales, Repairs of PC's and Laptops, and New computer builds, both customer and pre built, to serve all requirements of the Cairns population. We are 100% locally owned.

I dropped my non working computer off to the shop on the Saturday after Australia day not expecting much( given previous history with computer shops). I received a call at 1pm the following Monday (today) advising me its fixed. Not only fixed but also cleaned. Outstanding service and workmanship. Thanks Allan.

As a business owner I understand the need for great customer service - unfortunately computer shops in Cairns don't seem to share this understanding (come on, there's not that many of them any more, I'm sure you can figure it out). Tired of surly, "I don't really give a s**t" attitude & excessive charges for completion within 1-2 days (which you end up paying, even if they don't quite deliver), I went looking for alternatives & stumbled upon the guys at Computer Obsession. Not only did I receive friendly service & my computer returned within 24 hours, but at a far lesser cost. I referred a friend (also a business owner) to them & he had an almost identical experience. I could not recommend these guys more highly & wish them great success in what is a highly competitive market.

Really impressed... helpful over the phone, (when others were not so much) fast service, and fantastic instore service too. Reasonably priced and super fast turnaround on a cracked screen on a new laptop. Five stars!
