If you’d like a place to stand and waste half an hour, try using click & collect at this store! Sometimes my order was “moved and we can’t find it”, sometimes it’s “still being processed”, but my favourite is “just because you received the text doesn’t mean the truck has picked it up and delivered it to us.”nOne star because at least it’s air conditioned.
Great ACnWent in for some cheap quality running headphones. Found them. Good price and out in a few minutes. Well set out. Pitty it's so far from cairns central. This is where most shop. Still worth the walk.
We were in there for an hour just looking for a few essentials items. Instead of seeing if anyone needed a hand the workers were just standing behind the counter laughing and talking among themselves, even though no one needed serving. We tried to go up and ask someone for directions and they just walked away. After being served I was given a broken bag so everything I bought fell in the car park. The products were great however the customer service could be significantly better.
I had an outstanding experience with Maurahbai at the Cairns Officeworks. She was incredibly patient and understanding, taking the time to answer all of my questions related to technology without ever making me feel rushed or overwhelmed. Her ability to explain complex terms clearly and even teach me new vocabulary along the way was truly impressive.nMaurahbai demonstrated exceptional professionalism and genuine kindness throughout our interaction. Her approachable manner and willingness to go above and beyond made the entire experience both educational and enjoyable.nAbsolutely excellent customer service — Maurahbai is a credit to the team at the Cairns Officeworks.
Officeworks new outlet in Spence Street is open and it looks great. It has good access with a ramp out the front-end heaps of room inside. The wide uncluttered aisles are great for everyone, but wheelchair users in particular.
