Lovely big show room with wonderful wheelchair access. Helpful staff but one of those shops where you need to ask them 'to do you a deal'. Good though.
Called into Amart Furniture Cairns on Sunday 04/09/22 & purchased a new office desk. Staff were helpful & after being informed the delivery fee to Parramatta Park was $99 we picked up the item ourselves. Free delivery if you spend just under $1,000
Good service. I went in there for a new lounge and walked out with what I wanted.
Our house has a long, narrow driveway, which precludes large trucks from driving in. The delivery team were wonderful, carrying 2 loads to the house. Great customer service and a "no problem" attitude was appreciated. Thank you boys!
If there was an option for zero stars, I would give that. Terrible service in the end. We spent around 6k and asked for delivery and set up. On delivery date, items just got dumped and we were told we had not asked for premium service. We were never told this when we were buying. Never going there again and would not recommend to anyone.
New tall boy received from Amart online. Emailed twice to response, also sent online complaint nothing back yet! The drawers smell awful. It’s been two weeks can’t shift the smell of formaldehyde used in manufacture which could be toxic to us. We have aired the drawers out, used strong fans, drawer liners, air deodorisers and they smell so bad we can’t have them in the house. Shocking service Amart!!!
price was good but the service from Suzie was the outstanding part. she went out of her way to help out and had great product knowledge thanks
Great experience, staff were very informative and helpful, had what we wanted in stock and they price match
I waited for quite a while, browsing in the mattress area, before a staff member helped me. The staff person was knowledgeable and helpful and understood my needs.
I didn't purchase any product however the staff were very helpful in that they provided me with all the information I needed to make an informed choice.
