We went in to have a look at bikes for my little cousin. No prices on any of the boxes or shelves not one bike out on display, staff had no knowledge or care to help. The store was a MESS, very untidy, customers climbing over boxes and bikes. The look on the staffs faces when you asked a question was disgusting.nNot good Anaconda Cairns. NOT GOOD AT ALL
Worst service ever read no service ignored by staff for 30 minutes while looking to buy hiking shoes. Stick to online shopping with this company this is not the first time I’ve walked out of this particular store. Won’t waste my time again.
Absolutely brilliant customer service!nWas assisted by excellent staff who not only knew their product and the prices but also helped me carry the goods to the counter, very much appreciated. Shopping time was cut down to 10min tops and I got the stuff I wanted at the best price! Customer service done right! nnKudos to the young people in the chairs section!
Had alot of specials, i didn't need much at the time but felt like having a proper look around as there was heaps of products, maybe next time.nGood service all round.
I was lucky enough to score Cameron. He was extremely helpful, showed me how to operate my purchase. Took said purchase to checkout, then carried and placed in my vehicle. All the time with a happy chappy attitude. Awesome effort
