Very disappointing. Untidy, some areas bordering on unsafe with spillages and rubbish. This was a Wednesday mid afternoon but so many unpacked boxes making manoeuvring around shop very difficult at times.nWe did see a staff wanted sign so maybe very understaffed but really Bunnings management..get your act together..shop and staff need better organisation from the top.nThe one star is for the cafe service and coffee.
Another trip to Bunnings and another dissapointment. Literally a third of the paint is missing. And that's not to mention the state of the shelves/stock in general is disgusting. I left without what I needed as usual and this time I'm done. Cairns Hardware Paint Station here I come. They might be more expensive but at least they have ACTUAL STOCK.

The staff at this Bunnings are always helpful and friendly, which makes a big difference. I’ve actually gone out of my way to shop here, even driving further than my closest store, because the service has consistently been great. It's much appreciated—makes the whole experience easier and more pleasant.
Generally I have a good experiences at Bunnings, the staff are typically wonderful and so friendly and usually helpful, but today I received awful service from a staff member that it made me leave this review.nnI needed help with 2 items, one was up high and I couldn't reach, another said in stock online but there was none on the shelves. The lady that came was abrupt, unfriendly, argumentative and treated me like I was asking too much and ruining her day by seeking help. She finally got the item down, I then asked if she could check the system to see if the item that wasn't on the shelves was actually ordered and on the list because numerous *NUMEROUS* times it states something as being in stock and there isn't anything in store nor anything in the back or anything on order to arrive and the staff I've had this experience with them needed to correct these issues so that it didn't keep happening, something this woman was clearly incapable of doing I was responded with very rudely she refused to check the system refused to let me explain this and that she was the expert and worked out there all day and that I just needed to come back another day, wasting my time which I have very little of with a young child with autism with which I've got little to no support network with making outings challenging just to get to the shops. She was absolutely horrible and should not be working with customers AT ALL. Either keep her in the back or fire her, she does not have the capability to deal with customers in a friendly and appropriate way. I wish I had gotten her name because name and shame honestly.
