Ok, I have to admit, my visit to Autobarn Cairns before Christmas was the worst service I got. However, this last visit was much better. The sales rep I spoke to and have been dealing with was great. He has been very good and patient with me and believe me, that is no easy task with me. I can be one of those pain in the butt customers and hard work, I actually think I was hard work this time. Tony , was very good and patient and helpful, making sure I stayed calm and finding out all the information I needed. As for the Clint, well he was extra patient with me as well, which was great. So thank you guys, you have been great, and dare I say Tony, you are a legend for managing to keep me calm when I was getting frustrated and angry and that isn't an easy thing to do. Damn, I might even shop there again ha ha. Great service guys keep up the good work. Clint, thank you so much for your time and patience are also a legend!

Spoke to a staff member Tony wanting advice on a new sound system and he knows nothing! Why put someone in a section they know nothing about. All he was interested in was selling me something, anything! He knew nothing about anything, totally useless. Tony learn about the products you are selling so you can give informed help not just tell people what you think they want to hear or get another job where you don't need any level of knowledge of the products you are selling. You are out of your depth in that job.

One of the largest autobarn stores around. Great range of product. Excellent staff and good pricing.

Huge amount of stock and you can usually find what you need. The only reason I took a star away was because you have to usually "FIND" what you need. If you can get a staff member they are quite helpful, but often it's difficult to find a staff member for assistance which would be a management issue - the staff themselves are great (if you can find them)
