UPDATE: Nissan service have got a lot better since they separated with the Mazda Service Dept. The Front Desk Staff and Foreman were a good help. A big improvement on previous dealings. PREVIOUS: A loyal Nissan customer who is sick of Westco's disgraceful customer service and lack of basic mechanical knowledge. Going to independant mechanics who have pride in their work.

Ok so I hope I won’t regret editing my first review. After I wrote it Westco motors manager Oya (please forgive me if I have spelt ur name wrong) rang me to try and put things right & she seemed sincere. Anyway I took my car back in and its now running as good as new. When we got to the garage Debbie was there at her desk, she ignored us as if we weren’t there. However the lovely Lani was making coffee she helped us out called the manager for us and we had our car booked in for the part to be fitted. Within an hr and a half it was ready. Thumbs up to the courtesy bus driver who was professional, polite and helpful. Thanks Oya for your help and keep working at improving the customer service because your customers spend their hard earned cash and they deserve great customer service!! “INITIAL REVIEW” Appalling service, never will I have my navara serviced by them again ever. Their receptionist Debbie is soo rude had the guts to tell me it was safe to drive my car when clearly it wasn’t. I have left messages for the manager to ring me back but still nothing it’s disappointing nd disgusting.

Super friendly service & advice wether you're after a new or used car or just need some work done on your existing car these guys really do look after you

They say racq inspected but 1 week in and the brakes squeal which isn’t their problem apparently. Would look elsewhere or get your own inspection done.

Vehicle recall for airbag. Very friendly staff, vehicle was ready at the time they said it would be. Courtesy drop off when the vehicle is left with them and then they pick you up once the vehicle is ready.
