Just would like to say the service and attitude from the staff was absolutely perfect the boys went out of their way to supply and repair parts to my bmw 800 on our trip around aus from tassie a lot of bike shops could take a leaf out of your book thanks again
The staff I dealt with were relaxed, attentive and professional. They made my experience stress-free and easy. Liam also took the time to call a couple of days later to make sure everything was ok, and I was happy with my purchase. Excellent service.
Was a breeze at the start.. Very smooth easy to talk too. But the second sale was done they didn't care what they sold you. Very bad conditioned bikes to be considered worthy of the road. Things that come in need more TLC before they go out. Thankyou TeamMoto

Highly recommend this dealership. The staff are extremely polite and professional and the purchase of my bike was seamless. I'm based in WA, so bought the bike without seeing it, was a bit anxious taking that risk but the bike arrived in 3 weeks to my door in perfect condition and i didnt have to arrange a courier, the team sorted it all out on my behalf. 5/5 from me and big thanks to Kallen for sorting out all the paperwork so promptly! Good work guys!!!
I have nothing but praise for Team Moto Yamaha Cairns. Every time I've been in they have been very helpful, even when I've been in a hurry. Good knowledge and great range of products, too. I bought a used bike and I'm very impressed with it. Kallen went out of his way to help me out and I found them to be quite generous with that. Very pleased, can't thank them enough.
Not happy. serviced the bike one week a week later wanted a roadworthy to sell my bike suddenly needed new front tyre. Said they missed it on the service, so basically sent me out on the road with an unroadworthy bike.
Be careful of these crooks. Bought wrong parts, went in next day for a refund and told no refunds given only store credit due to company policy. Senior staff had no real interest in helping and just looked away letting a junior staff member deal with the situation. Nice flashy looking showroom with zero people skills. Got the help I needed elsewhere and won't waste my time or money with this company again.
Excellent service, friendly and helpful staff. Thank you Wayne from Brisbane for making the purchase of my bike exciting and easy.
