Bought tyres here myself a couple times, and have always brought friends and family here. Consistently good prices and great customer service. Dealt mostly with Alex and Doug, both are great blokes.
I went to Tyrepower during the Christmas break. I had a subpar experience with one of the service reps and was not happy with the quoteS he had given me and also the way he spoke to me. I sent an email advising this and Frank owner called immediately to apologise and offer a solution. Frank was very understanding and listened to what I had to say. Frank ensured that I was happy with the end result and said I could return if I had any issues at all with what I had been provided with - all the while he was on a family holiday! Frank went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the outcomes and clearly takes great pride in the business he has built. I would highly recommend them and would happily make them my local tyre shop.
Really good service, was fit in last minute and was accommodated before long weekend. Needed to return home the next day. Saved our weekend. Thanks, happy new year!
Absolutely amazing business and customer service! Can’t recommend this place enough. I was unlucky to puncture two tyres at once on a Friday afternoon. Had the car dropped off by the tow truck after hours and they had it up and going again on Saturday morning. The products and services are quality and very reasonably priced. Thanks you very much!
I never like buying car stuff or truck stuff and I need both because of my business - I just need providers who are HONEST and RELIABLE and get the job done when I need.
