SALES: I walk through the Trinity Hyundai/Used lot on my way to work, so I know the inventory well. Originally I spent some time with Simon looking at the cars on the used lot. He had a strong knowledge of what was in stock and was extremely helpful. Unfortunately they didn’t have what I was after so he connected me with Ben in the Hyundai office. Ben took me through almost every car in their lineup. If he didn’t know something he took the time to find out and got back to me promptly. While I know I didn’t get the absolute lowest price, the ability of the dealership to source a car with my desired specs quickly and then transfer it to Cairns was impressive, so I’m happy. At no point did either Ben or Simon try any hard sales tactics. I feel the goal was to connect me with the car that fit me best. SERVICE: I’ve only been in for one service which I scheduled online. Drop-off took less than 2 minutes. A shuttle to work was offered, but I work close to the building so I just walked. The service was done ahead of schedule at which point they texted me to advise me it was ready for pickup. Pickup was painless and the car was freshly vacuumed and cleaned. I’ll update my review as time goes on, but for now I’m very happy with my experiences at Trinity Hyundai.

Very nice showroom. Was served by Simon. He is awesome... Very nice and genuine, the boss however was completely the opposite (grumpy and angry) which put me off coming back. But would recommend Simon if anyone was going there. There is a very nice selection of quality cars but a manual is a rare find.
