Went in to look at the new D&D starter kit. Luna was helpful and showed me The Harry Potter towels, one which I purchased as well.
Staff here are generally friendly, but you have to get to the counter to access help. During busy times this can be a long process. Wide range of Nintendo and PlayStation consoles, games and accessories. Also stock second hand consoles and games and offer trade-ins too. Since teaming with Zing, they also stock board games, T-shirts, pop heads and random accessories like drink bottles and mugs. You can get themed merchandise for Harry Potter, Pusheen, Marvel and DC just to name a few. I have found they will price match as long as you have a catalogue showing the exact item at a lower price.
The staff in this store are extremely helpful. Although prices are a bit on the high side, I find this is true for the whole industry and not just specific to this store. My experience is that they have fantastic deals for purchasing gaming consoles and they will go to great lengths in order to accommodate a customers needs.
Good place to get your nerd culture on. Video and board games, toys, collectables. This one is a combo zing-EB but it's pretty well stocked. Lots of D&D source books, which is nice
If I could give negative stars I would. Did business for them and to this day still have not been paid. Boycotting EB Games as a whole now! Shame on you

As a father of a young son. I went in to buy some games for my seven year old. The salesman was great. He explained to me the pros and cons of several games. Highly recommend.
I love this store I am a nerd and sometimes I wanna look and hold to see how it feels lovely staff great deals.
Have been here a few times now & the staff are always very friendly & cheerful, nothings ever a drama, so it makes for a very welcoming experience, with being very knowledgeable & professional as well.
My son gets his games and equipment from here.
