Today I went to Jb Hi Fi in Earlville and purchased a Samsung Galaxy S24+. I don't know the sales person's name but he had an accent...Canadian/American.nThis guy, without a doubt demonstrated the best customer service I have experienced in a long time. Worth his weight in gold to his organisation! I hope he knows that.nAnyway, I would also like to add that the day before I was at the Cairns Central JB Hi Fi and I had the worst experience in a long time. I spoke to the sales person about buying the mobile and midway through the conversation he began to answer another customer's question. He came back to me and I asked for the black S24+. He went out back and came back and placed it in front of me. I commenced to ask if he could help me set up an ESim and transfer contacts etc. but before I finished my sentence he rudely cut me off and said: 'nah, nah mate, we don't do any of that here'. I said: 'OK mate, I thought you could assist me but it's clear that isn't the case As i did not want to be treated like that again i went to the Earville branch and it was fantastic!!!
Being at an age of having difficulty understanding the present day technology, we needed help with changes to our mobile phone.nShaun came to our rescue. He went over and above expectations. Shaun's efforts were much appreciated. Thanks.nGreat service.
Shaun was so so helpful with helping us decide on which go pro to get. He went above and beyond to make sure we knew what we were getting and why we were getting it. Thanks Shaun!
