My old Lenevo pc refused to boot so I called John. He said he was open from 7am so I took it in the following morning. I though because the pc was so old he might not be able to resurrect it but low and behold I got a message around noon saying it fixed. John fixed it for a very reasonable price and without any fuss or technical jargon. Thanks so much, John See you next pc issue....hopefully not too soon though!
Was in a tight spot on the weekend after the electrical storm took out our business computer. John squeezed us in even though he was busy and built a new computer for us from scratch and had it ready for pick up the same day in the afternoon. VERY well priced, very knowledgeable, and top notch service!
Great service, quick and easy and fixed my issue.
John provides great service, even over the weekend when other providers' offices are closed. His prices are reasonable and I trust his advice absolutely. He also sells new equipment, which of course he has analysed and endorses. For regular customers, he provides an important support service, both by being able to access your computer on line and by answering email/text queries. When on his mailing list, you also get interesting articles and warnings about hoaxes. Thoroughly recommended!
I'm not one for exaggerated language or praise. Simply expressed, whenever I've needed John's advice or help he has always responded promptly. I've happily dealt with him for some 2 decades. He operates an honest, professional and efficient business.
The best service received ever by John at Come 2 U Computers. After our old computer died too old to be fixed we arranged for John to build a new one for us, we dropped the old one in to him on Saturday evening and we received the new one on Tuesday ready to go with all our files etc transferred over. If your looking for fast and reliable service I highly recommend John for all your computer repairs or if you simply need a new one.
I am a small business and don't have the time to waste. I have brought in all sorts of jobs, from the mundane to the truly complex, and John has sorted every single one quickly and to my satisfaction. His emails has saved me on a number of occasions from falling foul of scams and hacks. I can unreservedly recommend him.
