Struggling to find a solution for my electrical knifes sharpener that is burned out and found this place with a really friendly customers service, willful to help you and achieve whatever you need from the store to fix your problem, Scott is your guy if you need help in that store, extremely helpful that man.
Especially good for the electronics buff and tinkerer. Build your own system. Buy a kit. Or you can just buy the completed sysyem. You gotta love this place, but I am a tech head from way back. Love the 3D printer.
Bloody great service from Phil + the others here. Went in a few times ways super friendly, helpful, and knew exactly what I needed!
I want to give a massive shout out to Phil Pearson at Jaycar Cairns for some of the best customer service I've received in a long time. Phil took the time to assist me to troubleshoot my son's broken scooter charger and purchase the parts I needed to fix it. Thanks to Phil's expertise and patience! my son's charger is now fixed at a fraction of the cost of purchasing a new one. So great to be able to walk into a store where the staff are so knowledgeable about their products and genuinely willing to assist.
I think I was just racially profiled by a staff member. As I walked in a blonde female employee was on her way out finishing her shift. She took one look at me and immediately turned around and called someone in the store on her phone. She stayed and watched me until another staff member approached me. I saw multiple people who were not the same race caucasian as me being left to enter and browse undisturbed.nnThe male staff member who helped me was efficient but not very personable. I spent over $280 on my visit today however, I don't think I would recommend this store if you're a person of colour.
